How should I use an automated answer from a seller's help system?
Do not assume a general automated answer updates your order. Do not treat suggested steps as proof they have been completed.
What should I check in a seller's quotation before accepting it?
Check whether the seller identity matches the party you have been discussing the purchase with. Do not accept an ambiguous scope solely because the total appears attractive.
What should I check when product images are described as illustrative?
Ask which parts of the image are merely illustrative. Check whether pictured extras are included in your selected offer.
